Guy Fieri is the chef and TV personality behind Knuckle Sandwich, a cigar collaboration with Erik Espinosa and Espinosa Premium Cigars. The cigars are blended and rolled at Espinosa's La Zona factory in Estelí. Habano, Maduro, and related extensions put a celebrity name on a working Estelí floor instead of inventing a new manufacturer.
Fieri does not own La Zona. Espinosa manufactures. Some graph history also ties Knuckle Sandwich to A.J. Fernandez / Plasencia contract capacity. The current house address is Espinosa.
