Tabacalera Villa Cuba (TaviCusa) is the Estelí factory Rocky Patel opened around 2008-2009 with Amilcar Perez-Castro. It is owned by Rocky Patel Premium Cigars, with family oversight including Nish Patel. Higher-end Patel SKUs such as anniversary and TaviCusa-named lines are associated with this floor.
TaviCusa complements the long Honduras partnership at El Paraíso. Owned Estelí rolling plus Plasencia contract capacity is the split: TaviCusa when the cigar is described as family-controlled Nicaragua, El Paraíso when it is the Honduras volume house.
