Nish Patel

Nish Patel is Rocky Patel's younger brother and a core operator of Rocky Patel Premium Cigars. Born in Nairobi in 1964, he grew up in Green Bay, Wisconsin, worked as a commodities broker, and joined the cigar company in 2004 as executive vice president after Rocky spent years asking him to come to Florida.

Rocky remains the catalog face. Nish has been described inside the company as the operator who wears many hats, including sales and client work. He released his own lines under the family umbrella (Xen by Nish Patel in 2011, Bold by Nish Patel in 2013). Nicaraguan production sits at TaviCusa in Estelí. Honduran volume still runs through the long Plasencia partnership at El Paraíso. Nish is family leadership, not a separate manufacturer.
