Fábrica de Tabacos Nica Sueño

Fábrica de Tabacos Nica Sueño is the Estelí boutique factory behind RoMa Craft Tobac. Skip Martin and blender Esteban Disla built it from a room in Disla's house (2010) into a dedicated facility (opened around 2013, expanded in the Barrio Oscar Benavides neighborhood). Ownership of the factory is split between Martin and Disla; RoMa Craft the company is Martin and Michael Rosales. That distinction matters: same roof, two partnerships.

House production is CroMagnon, Intemperance, Neanderthal, Aquitaine, and related RoMa lines, kept at a craft pace rather than Estelí mega-volume. The floor also takes outside boutique work; this map already records Caldwell projects (La Coalición, Nirvana-era) as a client edge. Disla later co-founded Domain, so the factory is both his RoMa-era chapter and a continuing Martin operation. On Cigar Nexus, Nica Sueño is the RoMa factory first, a Caldwell address second, not an anonymous Estelí shed.
