Jorge Padrón

Jorge Padrón is president of Padrón Cigars and son of founder José Orlando Padrón. He is the generation that took a Miami-born, Estelí-made family brand from respected niche to a global benchmark without dropping Orlando Sr.'s rules: age the tobacco, stay vertical in Nicaragua, sell through retailer relationships rather than a sales force, and let 1964 Anniversary and Serie 1926 sit at the top of the line.

He grew up inside the operation, from Tabacos Cubanica in Estelí to the U.S. retail network. Publicly he is the face of the company. The product formula stays untrendy on purpose. Family partner Orlando Padrón is part of the same succession: continuity, not a reboot.
